Our vision is to be the beacon of transformative education in higher learning. We aspire to empower every student to not only succeed in their studies but to flourish as independent thinkers, innovative problem solvers, and lifelong learners, laying the foundation for a brighter future.
We understand everyone has varying schedules and learning needs. This is why we offer in-person and virtual learning options.

Do you offer different courses?
Yes! We offer a variety of college level courses such in math, physics, english, science, architecture, engineering, and more!
Do you only cater to Texas Tech?
We provide college level tutoring to students in the Lubbock and the South Plains area. This would include TTU, TTUHSC, LCU, and South Plains College.
What if there isn't a tutor available for the course I need?
We are working hard to provide tutors with a variety of knowledge and background in different subjects. If at this time, we don't have a tutor suited for your needs, you will be the first to know when we do!
Can I choose a tutor based on my preferences and needs?
Yes, when booking a tutoring session you will be able to select the tutor that best suits your current course needs.
What are the qualifications and expertise of the tutors?
Our tutors are students, graduate students, and professionals in their career of study who have already completed and excelled in the course.
Are tutoring sessions conducted in-person or online?
Both! We understand not everyone can meet in person for various reasons. This is why we offer virtual and in-person tutoring.
What is the pricing structure for tutoring services?
We offer 30min and hourly session options. A 30min tutoring session is $30 and an hour session is $45. We offer a loyalty rewards program where the more hours you book the more rewards and savings you get!
If you are a Fraternity or Sorority, we offer custom packages at an additional discount. Please contact us for more information.
Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
If a student doesn't show to their session without rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hours before the start of their session, they will be charged for the full 30min or hour session.
We understand that time is valuable. We respect the time of our tutors and ask that our students respect their time as well.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a tutoring session?
We do our best to accommodate our students. We utilize Square booking software to make rescheduling or canceling your booked appointment a breeze.

Is there a satisfaction guaranteed or refund policy for tutoring services?
We want all of our students to succeed, if you were not satisfied with your tutoring session, we want to hear about it and we will do what is needed to get you the tutoring assistance you require.
How do I purchase sessions?
Tutoring session can be booked by visiting our Book Now or Pricing pages.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We utilize Square booking software. When booking, your will be required to provide a credit/debt card to have on file with us.
What sets your tutoring services apart from others in the market?
One of our goals is to make tutoring easily accessible to you. This is why we offer the option of virtual tutoring as well as meeting in person.
Do you provide support for specific learning needs and disabilities?
If you have a specific learning need or disability, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. We are here for your success!
Are tutors available during evenings and weekends to accommodate different schedules?
Yes, we have tutors available to meet various schedule needs.
Our working hours are from 9AM to 8PM, but some tutors will meet with you outside of those hours if they are available.
How do I communicate with my tutor outside of scheduled sessions?
To set-up future sessions you will continue to book appointment through your Square portal.
Do you offer group tutoring sessions?
We are actively working on providing monthly group sessions and you will be the first to know when they launch.
What do I need to bring to my tutoring sessions?
You'll need to bring any materials necessary to make the most of your tutoring session such as relevant notes, homework questions, laptop, and of course yourself.
It is best practice to let your tutor know ahead of time what you specifically need help with. This will help you get the most out of your tutoring session.
Can tutors assist with specific projects or assignments?
Yes, our tutors are here to help you with homework problems and projects. We're here to make learning and studying easier.
